 CD电加热器


1. 概述
CD型船用壁挂式暖风机(以下简称暖风机),为电加热式暖风机,广泛适用于舰船各舱室、海上石油钻井平台上,当外界温度接近零度时,须启用本机组,以使温度维持在所需的环境温度上,保证各设备及管道不至于冻坏;此外,还适用于宾馆、会议室、实验室等陆上场所,供取暖之用。
暖风机在下列环境下能可靠地工作。
1) 环境空气温度:-20℃~+40℃
2) 最湿月平均最大相对湿度为90%
3) 污染等级:“污染等级3”
2. 型号说明

3. 结构特点及说明
3.1 暖风机采用不锈钢外壳,无框架结构设计,整机安装方便。
3.2 暖风机采用多层防护设计,进风网孔的防护等级不低于IP44,出风口的防护等级不低于IP44。
3.3 暖风机内装有过热安全保护装置,起到过热安全保护功能,可在因意外而散热差时能自动切断电源。
3.4 暖风机采用强制对流式送风,可迅速提高所需空间温度。
3.5 暖风机内设有隔热层,使外壳不会出现高温过热现象。
3.6 风机采用新型金属贯流式风叶,出风均匀平稳,噪音低。
3.7 暖风机控制原理及说明:
电气原理图见附图2。
接通电源后,将旋钮开关旋转至“加热”位置时,电加热管DE与风机同时工作,即暖风机正常工作。当温度高于某一数值(如85℃)后,暖风机停止工作,此时,可将开关旋转至“通风”位置让风机单独工作,即暖风机处于散热状态。当需关闭暖风机时,只需将开关SA旋转至“停”,则暖风机停止运行。
如正常运行过程中,风机或电机有异常不送风或风量很小,暖风机内空气温度达到85℃±5℃时,超温保护器FT自动断开,暖风机停止工作,此时应切断电源,检修暖风机,待排除故障后,再重新开机。
4. 安装
4.1 暖风机安装时应检查事项
a.外壳应无飞边、毛刺、裂缝等缺陷。
b.外壳和进风孔是否有不平整、压伤、凹凸不平和歪斜等缺陷;
c.安装时应检查暖风机所有螺栓是否拧紧,弹簧垫圈有无丢失,并检查暖风机有无异常声音。
d.前面板正前方不应有阻挡送风气流的物体,以使气流喷射足够远。下面为进风口,物体(阻挡物)距进风口的距离不应小于1米。
e.接好电源线和接地线并检查是否牢靠;同时检测绝缘电阻应≥500MΩ,合格后接通电源。
4.2 暖风机安装尺寸见附图1。
5. 维修和保养
根据环境空气的清洁度,定期对加热器进行维护保养。在切断总电源的情况下,拆卸前面板,用毛刷清除暖风机内的杂物及加热管表面积灰。
每三个月检测一次暖风机绝缘电阻。

7. 注意事项:
7.1 不得将潮湿物及棉毛织品等易燃物放置于暖风机上及暖风机出风口处。
7.2 在暖风机工作时,不应触摸风机外壳,以免烫伤。

1. Brief description
CD type marine hanging warm-fan (named WF below) is applied to cabins of naval vessel、ships、offshore platform and etc. It must to start this unit to maintain the inside temperature in one value ensuring all devices and pipes not freezing when the outside temperature reaches zero degree. Furthermore ,this kind of unit can be used to supply central heating to the hotel、lab、boardroom and etc.
Working of the electric warmer fan shall be based on the following ambient conditions:
⑴ Air temperature: -20℃ ~ +40℃
⑵ Relative humidity: 90%
⑶ Contaminating class: 3

3. The structure characteristic of this unit and explain
3.1 The material of electric warmer fan is stainless, no frame, and the whole body is easy to install.
3.2 The electric warmer fan has multi-protection, the protection class of inlet filter is not less than TP44, and the protection class of outlet is also not less than IP44.
3.3 The electric warmer fan has over heat protection, when over heat, it will automatic trip the power.
3.4 The electric warmer is designed forced convection supply air, it can rapid raise the room temperature.
3.5 The electric warmer fan has isolation protection inside of body; it can ensure the surface of warmer fan no high temperature or over heat.
3.6 The blade of fan is designed filling flow type, and the material is new type metal, the outlet air is balanced and calm, low noise.
3.7 Control principle and description:
Electrical principle, please see Drawing 2.
When power supplied, The WF would work normally rotating the button SA to “ON” position, here the electric heating tube and fan work synchronously. The WF would stop working When the inside temperature is higher than one value (such as 85℃), at this time you can let the fan work by oneself rotating the button SA on “Ventilation” position. The WF would be shut down when you rotate the button SA on “OFF” position.
During the WF be working, the over-temperature protector FT would break down when the inside temperature reaches 85℃±5℃ coming forth the bellowing matters mentioned : fan or motor are abnormity、not ventilation、wind mete is small. At this time you should break down the power and examine and repair the WF, after the faults removed you can restart the WF over again.
4. Installation
4.1 Inspection before installation
a. The surface of electric warmer fan should be smooth and no deficiency such as burr and crack.
b. The body of electric warmer fan should have no deficiency such as damage, concave, or protruding.
c. Checking all screws if are tight, and spring washer if missed, and if abnormal voice happens.
d. No obstruction placed on the front surface of electric warmer fan. The inlet is on the bottom of body. The distance between inlet and obstruction is not less than 1m.
e. Connect the power cable and earth conductor, measuring the insulation resistance, and the valve≥500 MΩ. After checking out, the power can be on.
4.2 The installation dimension of electric warmer fan, please see drawing 1.
5. Maintenance
The electric warmer fan should be periodical inspected and maintained according to ambient conditions. Cut off power, disassembly the front plate, and clear the heat coil and inside body by brush.
Please measure the insulation resistance one time per three month.

7、Notes:
7.1 Don’t put wet goods or textile such as cotton and feather on the surface and outlet of electric warmer fan.
7.2 In working condition, don’t touch the electric warmer fan.
